Private sessions offer nervous-system-aware support through breathwork, guided meditation, and embodied awareness. Each session is customized to you and your needs. The sessions may be entirely breathwork or may blend together different breathwork practices, guided meditations, or yoga nidra. Every session will be grounded and practical so you can integrate these practices in everyday life. ​

The Still Water package is best for beginners, those who have sensitive nervous systems, and anyone needing steady support. These sessions typically begin with observing the breath, building awareness in the body, and gradually introducing practices like equal breathing and guided meditations. The Open Water package is ideal for those who have an established breathwork practice and feel more comfortable navigating internal sensations. These practices can feel more energizing or stimulating and we will dive deeper into less common breathwork techniques. The Low Tide Sleep Support sessions focus on calming, downregulating breathwork practices. Best for those who are having trouble falling or staying asleep.
All private sessions are booked as packages, and paid in full, for the number of sessions selected in advance before beginning. This allows me to hold space consistently and design your sessions with intention. All sessions can be scheduled at your pace. Before we begin and after your package is purchased, we'll schedule a 30-minute virtual consultation (does not count as one of your sessions) that will allow me to clarify your goals and ensure everything is aligned before we begin.
